U.S. Foreign Affairs Committee Unanimously Agree on Organ Harvesting Resolution

Just last week, the U.S. House of Foreign Affairs Committee marked up a new Resolution (H. Res. 343), and unanimously agreed to it, with some passionate speeches of support given by numerous members (click through the gallery of quotes below).

What this means is that this new resolution has been approved to be voted on in Congress, and could be voted on at any time. And although resolutions alone do not have the power to change foreign policy, recognition by the U.S. government is a vitally important step towards stopping these crimes.

One way you can help raise awareness of organ harvesting in China, you can also host or sponsor a screening of “Hard To Believe”.

Stay tuned for more updates on H. Res. 343.
