DEEP DIVE: Real Life Photographs of Bodies Being Organ Harvested in China, Analyzed by an Eye-Witness

**WARNING, GRAPHIC IMAGES** CHINA DEEP DIVE with former surgeon Enver Tohti who analyses images that surfaced of the Chinese Communist Party conducting public executions and removing organs from the executed in mainland China. Having taken part in these operations before, Enver Tohti weighs in.

Starting in 1984, the CCP drew international condemnation for their liberal use of the death penalty in their “Strike Hard” campaigns that often targeted certain populations to further suppress them.

Chinese citizens are labeled criminals and publicly sentenced to death

The characters on the building read '“Yichun municipal meeting to strike hard against severe criminal elements.”

Police trucks typically parade the convicted publicly around the city to humiliate them before their execution.

Surgeons prepare the bodies of the executed outside what is likely a small hospital with limited operating facilities inside.

Bodies of the executed are placed on desks and other tables. Not an uncommon practice at that time in poorer cities in China.
